Sarah Turner created and managed the New Media Fellowship at Open Signal 2016-2018. New Media Fellowship is an on-site four-month residency that provides six artists with access to Open Signal's equipment, studios and training. New Media Fellows collaborate with Open Signal staff and producers to create work and provide programming on-site. It has been supported by the Regional Arts and Culture Council, Oregon Community Foundation, and the Jane Schiffhauer Charitable Trust.
